i hate sundays
so im listening to coldplay.

anyhoo.
yesterday was nice.
went for pathfinders in the afternoon.
then went to thomson to pick some of them up,
then went to changi beach for sundown.
quite fun lah.
got to socialise.
then rushed back to balesier for soccer.
kena forced into being keeper.
only let in one goal though.

but i find that most of their music is a bit too heavy for my liking.

tired,
and my body is aching.
cus had napfa yesterday.
all the stations sucked.
except for sit ups i guess.
2.4 was ok.
came in 23 from probably about 3 classes that
went for the run.
so i might have a chance to pass.
when i passed by the teacher nearing the end of the run.
the timing was 11 minutes if i remember clearly.
will find out if i pass next week,
maybe.

pretty 'bleah' day i guess.
didnt go PE cus teacher wasnt around.
4/5 of class didnt turn up anywas.
have not recieved apa class test.
hope i pass though.
who dosent hope to anyways.

'run for your lives'
to me,
it has 2 meanings.

1) Run AWAY from something that will probably kill you.
many a time we hear this phrase when we watch cartoons.
where someone shouts the phrase as a monster chases a bunch of a guys with a straw to suck them dry. (sounds like my secondary teacher chasing me for my homework, cekakaka)

2) run for your lives.
means you gotta run FOR your life.
which translates into exercise if you wanna stay alive, now that the world is heavily immersed
in chips, colas and fast food joints.
so run. it'll do you and ME some good.

Today,
i learned that we should try our best to
look at the positive aspects of the people around us.
This, to enable us to get along better and to understand them.
We shouldn't always focus on someone's 'bad' points,
this will only piss them of and the time spent with them
will only be unpleasant awkwardness.

today was the first day of CCA for me.
tennis.
guess what? i got into the school team!!!
Sweetness man...
the student in charge asked me if i played tennis before
so i said yes.
and she told me to rally with her for a while.
it was pretty fun.
she told me to relax, guess i was hitting too hard.
heh heh :P

so anyways.
there are three of us chosen to be in the school team.
i'm probably the weakest cus i don't know how to serve yet
and my back hand needs to be brushed up...

guess the amount of frustration of my uncle and a few trainers
put into helping me learn tennis is finally getting into good use.
:D

tomorrow is a saturday.
rest day for me...
quality time with peeps.
hopefully jia hong dosen't torture me with his jokes.
heheh...

finally got my first hundred for a tutorial (yipeeeeeee!!!)
school is fine, no major conflicts so far (hopefully stays this way, classmates seem to be 'ok' with me)
blogger is funny (haha)
can't wait for my holidays
saving for a pair of vintage sunglasses ($30 man. its super nice, saw the shop at balestier...)
fitness seems to be ok (have mantained my wait for the last 3months, sweet.)

and daniel is coming back for hols some time this may.

and my savings for my Vespa hasn't amounted to much.
